The aromatic herbs can also be used in a pouch of cloth in hot water tub or it is tied on the hot water tap in such a way that hot water passes through it. These herbs can also be boiled in a steamer or in a pan and inhaled directly. In an alternative method, a sieve can be placed on the pan. Small we napkin or thick cloth, one after the other, can placed on the sieve and when hot, they get enriched witharoma, and should be rubbed on the face\body.
