(a) For application on joints:
Use a mixture of 30 per cent wintergreen oil, 10 per cent peppermint oil, 5 per cent clove oil in 45 per cent almond oil or sesame oil.
(b) For relaxing after fatigue:
(i) Add fine powder of 5 gm each of Tagar, Vach, Jatamansi in 100 ml sesame oil or almond oil. Let the mixture remain in sun for two weeks.
After that use the oil for massag
(ii) Mahanaryana oil: It is an Ayurvedic preparation and can be purchased.
© Musk Massage oil for males: Take 98 per cent cod liver oil, 1 gm keshar and 1 ml musk fragrance in a glass bottle and use the oil after two weeks.

(d)Haircare: Use Amla and other herbal hair oils.
(e) Skincare: Add 1 per cent wheat germ oil, 1 per cent sandal oil in 98 per cent of almond oil and use as skin tonic.
(f) Stimulating oil: Take fine powder of 1 gm Lal Mirch, 5 gm each of Jaiphal and Javitri in 100 ml oil, and prepare the oil as in (b)
(g) Insect repellent oil:
(i) Add 3 per cent Neem oil, 5 per cent Lemongrass oil, 2 per cent cedar wood oil in a cooking oil.
(ii) For repelling mosquitoes, make a cream from bee’s wax, almond oil, and Neem oil 5 per cent Heat the wax till it melts. Add to it while still in molten stage, warm oils. In the end mix 2 lper cent eucalyptus oil.

(i) Pitta oil (see page 16)
(j) Kapha oil (see page 18)
(k) Oil for skin diseases:

(i) Take equal part of pulverised Neem bark, Kalmegh, Hladi, Lal Clhandan, Haritaki, Bibhitaki Amla, and Vasak. Soak this mixture for 5-6 hours in water and make a paste. Mix this paste in four times sesame oil and sixteen. Times water, and heat the mixture on slow fire. When water-free,filter and use the oil for massage. It can be used before taking bath or before retiring for all types of chronic skin diseases.

(ii) For obstinate type of sking diseases, a massage with the oil as such or mixed with 1 per cent Gandhak, 1 per cent cedarwood oil, 1 per cent clove oil, and 1 per cent Ajwain oil,can be undertaken.

(i) Contraceptive oil: As a contraceptive for men, use Neem oil by diluting it in almond oil for massage on male organ and by female inserting a swab or as a pessary of this mixture before intercourse. The best results are obtained from emulsion of Neem oil in Reetha paste.
