In this treatment the patient lies on the wooden basin and warm medicated oil(as per the discretion of Vaid), is poured all over the body at different postures for about on hour from specific heights, and the body is massaged along with. When the process is over the patient is asked to come out of the oil, he is massaged with hand and the oil form the body is removed by rubbing it with a dry and clean cloth. The body is massaged with oil again and after a bath, the patient is given a decoction made from Sonth and Dhania to drink. The treatment continues for 14-21 days. The patient must have a restricted diet, peace of mind and rest.
