Pain at the Loin, Backache (Lumbar region, lumbago

(a) Give Ashwagandha (2-3 gm) with ghee.
(b) Take Banlochan (450 mg) with water.
(c) Give a mixture containing Ashwagandha 250 mg, Neem bark 15 mg, and celery oil 1-2 drops.
(d) Pulverize 40 gm Lal Mirch(red pepper), 75 gm Malakangani, 100 gm Jaiphal, 100 gm Dakchini, 120 gm Mushkafoor and macerate this mixture for a week in 500 ml of cod liver oil. Filter the oil and apply it by using rubber gloves. It can be used for stimulating blood flow in the other parts of the body, and for pain along thigh and calf muscles (sciatica).
(e) Give 1 gm processed Guggal with milk three times a day. Massage with a preparation containing 1 gm wintergreen oil, 0.5 gm eucalyptus oil and 1.5 gm mint oil in 10 gm ghee and bee’s wax.
