Dysmenorrhoea and Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding (Usual Painful Periods)
(a) Dissolve 1 gm Mussabar in water, filter and give 20 ml of it with black pepper.
(b) Insert a pellet of saffrom in uterus.
(c) Take pills made from 250 mg saffrom, 125 mg Mushkafoor, three days before menstruation, and continue the treatment, till the bleeding stops. Repeat this treatment for six months.
(d) Boil 2 teaspoon of crushed Shankhpushpi in milk and use once daily for three days.
