(a) Take 1 gm Babchi and 10 gm Triphala with water. For external application, make a paste of 25 gm Babchi in 100 ml sesame oil in a blender. Squeeze this paste through a piece of coarse cloth to get oil. Apply the oil on white patches and eaxpose it to sun. Wear sunglass to avoid any photosensitivity.
(b) Prepare capsules made from the equal parts of Sonth, Bhringraja, Haritaki, Majuphal and Gandhak. Take 500 mg of capsule three times a day for minimum of three months. Apply an ointment made by dissolving the extracts of above herbs, using wax and Babchi oil as base.
(c) Give 4 gm Neem powder, along with 4 gm mixture of Amla, Khairsar and Babchi thrice daily internally and apply the paste of these kon patch. Expose the bodyo to the sun.
