Wash the nasal passage with Triphala infusion and apply the oils given below as deep as possible in the morning just after sleep, and in the evening before retiring:
(a) Dissolve one drop each of eucalyptus oil, mint oil in 20 ml almond oil, and smear the nasal passage with this mixture.
(b) Mix a pinch of Keshar (safroon) in one teaspoon of ghee and apply inside the nose.
