It may be due to diabetes, acidity in the body etc. Use the following.

(a) Triphala (2 gm) with soda bicarb. (1 gm).
(b) Mukta pishti (5 gm) with dry Amalaki jucie (2 gm).
(c) Parval Bhasam (3 gm) and Shankh Bhasam (2 gm) with water
