Excess of nitrogenous compounds in blood due to protein rich diet (excessive blood urea, ammonium nitrate etc. in hyperazotemia) cause nausea, vomiting, rapid pulse rate, blood pressure and even coma. In this case use either of the following, three times a day:

(a) Make a mixture of powder of Haritaki and Triphala, and take 500 gm three times a day.
(b) Sonth reduces serum uric acid, if used for 30 day thrice a day.
(c) Take Khairsar (250 mg) with green tea decoction.
(d) Revandchini (1 gm) make decoction with 100 ml water. Note: This herb can be used along with western medicines during the treatment.
